Mr Pozsgai has been engaged in gas related issues at the Energy Community Secretariat – in particular related to the EU4ENERGY Programme – since June 2018. Prior to joining the Secretariat, he was part of the gas infrastructure team in the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) focusing on European Union priority projects and regulatory issues related to investments in gas infrastructure. Mr Pozsgai was a seconded national expert at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy between 2009 and 2014, where his activities focused on security of gas supplies, implementation and enforcement of the European acquis in South East Europe and the trilateral negotiations between the Commission, Ukraine and Russia.
