In cooperation with the Energy Community Regulatory School and the Energy Community Secretariat.
October 8, 2018 | InterContinental Kyiv, 2A Velyka Zhytomyrska Street, Kyiv
EU energy laws and policies envisage a sophisticated system of obligations and rules for making data accessible with regard functioning of the wholesale gas and electricity markets. This framework has been under developement for decades, and yet, taking into account Ukraine's intention to become part of the EU energy markets' architecture, its energy markets' participants and regulatory authorities will soon face the necessity to be obliged by these rules, whether they know them well or not.
