Since 2009, Milka Mumovic holds the position of Electricity and Statistics Expert with the Energy Community Secretariat, where she is mostly engaged with monitoring of implementation and assistance to Contracting Parties to transpose and implement the EU acquis in electricity and in energy statistics with focus on energy economics. Before joining the Secretariat she was the Head of Tariff and Market Department with the Regulatory Commission for Energy of Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). During that period, here achievements included development of tariff methodologies to set distribution use of system charges, connection fees and end-user prices for electricity and gas, rules relating to market opening, market monitoring, customer protection, analysis of costs of different technologies for RES schemes etc.
