Currently Arben Kllokoqi is working as Electricity Expert for the Energy Community Secretariat, supporting market reforms in the Contracting Parties as well as implementation of market coupling and regional balancing mechanism in the WB6. Further, actively working on solution and proposal for bringing CACM, FCA and REMIT in the Energy Community. Having 15 years of experience in the energy industry, Mr. Kllokoqi previously worked with the Regulator and the TSO in Kosovo in defining and implementing market mechanisms and access to the grid, before joining a London based trading firm, EDF Trading, where Mr. Kllokoqi worked as Regulatory Advisor covering European regulatory affairs.
