Branislava Marsenic works more than 15 years in the field of energy regulation. She holds a master degree in economics, obtained in the University of Belgrade- Faculty of Economics. After several years of engagement in the consultancy projects related to establishment of Serbian energy regulatory agency, she worked 4 years as tariff expert in the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia (AERS), where she was mainly involved in gas tariff and price regulation. Since June 2009, Branislava works as gas expert in the Energy Community Secretariat- the Section supporting the work of the Energy Community Regulatory Board (ECRB), but also contributing to the Secretariat’s gas related activities in the Energy Community Contracting Parties. Beside gas regulatory tasks, she performs regular monitoring of both electricity and gas retail markets of the Energy Community Contracting Parties, including also the customer protection issues.
